• September 10, 2008 You need to put March 14 on your calendar now as a day to attend the annual SCI FUN-draiser. We will hold our annual banquet at the Crowne Plaza Hotel located on the south side of Colorado Springs.
  
  If you are not a member, but would like to attend the banquet, send us an email and we will make sure you get an invitation.

  The Colorado Chapter of SCI will hold another food drive to support CARE AND SHARE in Colorado Springs on August 25th.
  
  If you bring 20 pounds or more of meat you will get a FREE round of trap or skeet to shoot at the Izaak Walton / Pikes Peak Gun Club just east of Colorado Springs.
  
  Hot Dogs, COKE and fun are on tap for this day to help fill the shelves at the food bank as the HUNTERS AGAINST HUNGER gang gets together to give back to those less fortunate.
  
  We hope to see you all at this event and to help you clean out your freezers before the fall big game seasons roll around. Canned goods and cash are also a method of giving to this worthwhile charity.
  
  In the past several years the Colorado Chapter has given more than 10,000 pounds of meat to the fine folks at CARE AND SHARE. We are hoping that we can do even more this year with all of your support.
